Why are some American's so racist?

Get a large enough sample and you'll find some examples of racism or other bigotry anywhere.  It's not limited to Americans.

We are tired of people coming from all over the world to our country, getting all kinds of welfare and public handouts from the government and then telling us what we can and can't do and refusing to even learn the language.

In reality, the vast majority of US citizens are "immigrants," so no one particular group can claim it as "their" land. Secondly, there is quite the number (more than you'd think) of immigrants/ethnics (African American, Asian, Hispanic, etc) that are fully integrated into American society and living a citizen's life just as an American would live a citizen's life. Thirdly, there are White Americans that would fall into the negative category just described.

that question is just as stereotypical as they are, a lot of people from a lot of places are racist, not just Americans.
