Why are some Blu-ray movies are released late on amazon.co.uk?

For example, there is The Mummy [Blu-ray] Which is being released on July 22nd, 2008. When i go to http://www.amazon.co.uk/ the website i buy everything from its not there!

Am i doing something wrong? Can you tell me whats the problem? Is there a list for movies going to be released? Or am I doing something wrong? Please help...

The studio decides when it's going to be released in each part of the world. Hollywood normally debuts movies in the US then goes over seas so they are probably waiting to put the same amount of time between the last theater showing and the movies release.
