Why are some Democrats are saying Palin is crazy when it comes to abortion?

She is not crazy for choosing to have her baby who was born with down syndrome. She was blessed by God. Look where she at now. I don't understand woman who unfortunately get rapped and end up pregnant, I imagine it must be terrible. Why have the baby killed, why not give it for adoption. It's never the baby's fault. I applaud Palin for the for the love she has for the innocent ones..

Well I read she's against abortions in cases of incest and rape. That to me is a bit extreme. It's okay to be against normal abortion. Everyone has their own opinion. However to be against it in rape an incest is extremism imo.

The liberal democrat's mind is COMPLETELY convinced that they know better than you how you should be running your life.  If you get pregnant and there's something wrong with the baby, they believe they have the right to dictate that you should kill it.  They claim it is better for the child to kill it rather than let it be born.

How many children have you adopted? How many children have all of the people you know who are Pro-life adopted?

Pro-birth is not pro-life. If ALL unwanted pregnancies resulted in children, who would take care of them all? Would you take 50 or 60 children into your home. Few would. This would create disease, poverty and ignorance worldwide through OVERPOPULATION. People who are Pro-Choice do not like abortions. It's a painful and serious decision. It's a surgical procedure. It is not one made lightly. In certain life situations it can be the most responsible decision. Why can't people take responsibility of their own lives and not try to control everyone else?  This was Palin's choice that she made for herself and her child. As someone who is Pro-Choice I would never say she would have to have an abortion because her child would have Down Syndrome. She wants to take the choice away from other people. It was her choice to have the child it should be our choice too.

Because it is not the government's job to decide whether a woman should be allowed to have a right to have an abortion. It is a matter of individual rights, and the individual in this case- the pregnant woman- should not be told how to conduct herself by people who think they know more about morals than she. If someone is against abortion, that is perfectly acceptable. Yet, if someone decides that abortion would be best for their baby and themselves, then they should have the option to do so.

Not to mention, how is it ever defensible to rule out abortion as an option to save a woman's life? My mother suffered a severe miscarriage when I was young, and had the baby not been aborted, I would have lost not only a sibling, but a parent as well.

I thought democrats were Pro choice. I thought pro choice means you get to choose and she chose to have the baby. It seems more and more that they are merely pro-abortion or in Obama's case pro infanticide.
