Why are some folders in my pen drive not getting displayed in windows xp?

there is a folder containing php and html files and image in my pen drive.. it does not gets displayed in the folder. however it gets copied into the system but still does not appear in the computer.. but gets displayed in Linux.. how do i get them displayed and open them?

Hey there,

Make sure the files aren't hidden, you can make your XP desktop view hidden files.

To view hidden files, follow the instructions below:

1. Open "My Documents" (Even if it's not located there).

2. Click "Tools -> Folder Options".

3. Click the "View" tab.

4. Look under the section "Hidden files and folders".

5. Select "Show hidden files and folders" then click "Ok".

If it's not hidden, I'm not too sure how to solve this.
