Why are some of my dreams in technicolour?

Hi

most of my dreams are sort of nondescript.. half the time i forget what they are

and then i will have dreams in technicolour. really really strong colours - almost too strong. they are not always disturbing - alot of time they are just weird

I forget most of my dreams too, but for some reason, they come to happen in real life some years later as deja vu.
