Why are some of my icons not on bar, such as mail, popup blocker, finance etc.?

Why are some of my icons not on bar, such as mail, popup blocker, finance etc.?

Maybe it's not big.enough.  Maybe It's inactive.  The bar on the left, you can grab the little vertical divider and drag it back and forth for more or less room.  If it won't move, right click on the tool bar and uncheck "lock the tool bar"

For the stuff that might be on the right, right click on the tool bar, click properties, click customize, and you can choose eac one to always show, always hide, or hide when inactive
