Why are some people often ignored?

Question

Ok so my neighbors are beating the h**l out of each other and I call cops they don't come they tell me its un important. Ok so I just let them beat each other up for 4 hours they leave take off on foot.

Often when I complain about this to the manager she takes it as im complaining to much maybe im not being assertive enough?

Well what am I doing wrong this has happend more then once and even foudn out the other nighbors called before me.

Do I just let them be noisy and do drugs out in the open?

I think they think im coming off as complainer but im not but it happens the first time not from second or third.

I have come to beleive that people are ignored because they are allowing it. Don't take no for an answer with this if it really bothers you go above there heads.

Act like a crazy person when you feel like you're being ignored. Just keep complaining if they're being annoying, and tell the people that it's driving you soooo crazy you're gonna kill yourself! "I can't handle the noise, I can't handle the noise..." You should try it.

If this doesn't work, then you should embrace it... that you're left alone.

its not you, its them. you are living in a bad neighborhood and even the cops don't care anymore. if i were you, i would run. run away to safety. from what i am reading it seems like you want everything perfect and you cannot tolerate injustice.you are a very good person, you are an ideal person. but this world hates ideal people. they see them as naggers. this world has accepted crime for such a long time that they don't bother anymore. my advice is get away from that stupid neighborhood and find a good job. america should have president like you.

You are not a complainer. You are a victim of a slum lord who is putting the good tenants at harm.  Go to your municipality and empower your rights as a rentor to live safely.  Your landlord will be held liable and also assert your confidentiality.  Also tell the municipality about the cops lack of response.  If you can discreetly take pictures with your cell phone, but be extremely careful.  It helps also if you have some neighbors not afraid to assert their rights too.  You might have a lawsuit to sue and get some damages so you canuse the money to move out.  Good luck and please keep safe!
