Why are steals guys ranked lower for head to head (h2h) than roto?

On CBS sportsline, the top 300 going into the season.

They assigned a much lower value for people like Reyes, Juan Pierre, etc for head to head leagues than for roto leagues.

Are steals more valuable in roto format?

Every diferent fantasy expert has their own opinion on players' rankings..So,I'm thinking 2 different guys wrote those articles.(I have no clue what the previous poster was talking about.....Punt a category?This isn't football,and I never punt categories in Roto,or h2h baseball.Why would U give your opponent an advantage like that;Unless U-R happy coming in 2nd place!

Steals are only one of the main five categories. In roto you can not punt a category and win the season but in H2H you can easily punt a category and still win that week.

Therefore guys that contribute in more than one category are rated higher.
