I really love sushi especially albacore but am i the only one that has an issue with the size. i often have to ask for a knife and cut my sushi into smaller bite size pieces, and i'm afraid that i may be offending my sushi chef. i am more comfortable with smaller bites i guess.

  1. Well, I don't eat the whole piece in one bite. Obviously you don't either. I cut my too, so I don't think the size is really a big deal. I think the size that big is because how they make it. by hand, so it is pretty much a one fist full of rice and then they put a piece of the fish on it.

  2. What is sushi?  Never heard of it.

  3. Just take a couple of bites; you don't have to put the WHOLE thing in your mouth. lol

  4. Do not be afraid of the sushi chef. Your not offending him/her. They aim to please the customer.

  5. I forget the culinary term but each piece of sushi is meant to be two bites
