i noticed that the diameter of the straws from the bell are much smaller than that of other chains. Is there a theory to this, or simply a vending issue.

  1. no one knows i ask my self too

  2. Just because taco bell don't have no shakes

  3. Um let me see here the diameter is exactly 0.77483 centimeters so that puts it 0.92943 centimeters below the national average.

  4. I think that Taco Bell has retained the straw size that everyone used in the past.  In the past two decades or so, other chains have upped their straw size to make you drink more, just to make more $$.  I guess Taco Bell hasn't bought into that trend.

  5. likely that they are less expensive because they use a little less plastic, and this can add up in large quantities

  6. KD35 is funny!!!! lol!!

  7. they only use diet coke

  8. Brand, probably.

  9. i don't know maybe they don't want you to inhale so much at once.

  10. I dont know why you might want to ask because i really dont know!

  11. I like the smaller straws. McDonald's straws are fat because their food is full of fat.

  12. Because the drinks are so good at Taco Bell they give you a skinny straw so that you can easily savor your beverage down to the last drop!

  13. most likely a mexican invented it

  14. Why are McDonalds straws so thick?

  15. Because less straw means more money for the big T.C. I don't use straws myself and I ask for no ice as well.. The soda is already cold and they put way more ice than they need to. Just another way for them and other fast food eatery's ,to make more money by  us... ;)

  16. It because cheaper for taco bell to buy them.

  17. They say to prevent CHOKING? as people then to gulp down after eating something "HOT"
