Why are teachers always the least intelligent, least academically accomplished ? And ed courses the easiest ?

It seems that "education" majors are the least accomplished people, the university level "education courses" are the least challenging......and they all become public school teachers. Any wonder why our kids don't respect them ? How could any of us ?

What is your proof? How do you know this is true? You use words like 'always', 'least' and 'easiest'. What is your proof that this is true.
