Why are teachers so agro but say its for the best?

Well, Urban Dictionary indicates that your teachers are showing you "undeserved hostility."  Perhaps your teachers are hostile because they can't understand the words coming out of your mouth.  Try standard English at school and see how far it gets you.

It's because we teachers are humans too, mate (So yeah, I know what agro means!). By no means are we perfect people, so of course if students keep misbehaving, we're going to get a little annoyed. I'm not sure if any of your teachers have ever said this to you, but we're really just trying to do our jobs, which is to help people like you and your classmates to learn, and sometimes we get frustrated when badly-behaved students prevent us from doing that.

I hope, however, that if your teachers get angry at you, you can both have a talk about the situation that led to them being angry, and reach some kind of understanding - so that you can modify your behaviour, and so that your teacher can deal with the situation in a less angry way next time, but still achieve the best result.
