SO MANY TIMES this year the Brewers have had the bases loaded or 2 men on with either ZERO outs or one out, but they can't seem to score many runs.

  1. The Brewers I think just need a lead off hitter. They thought Rickie Weeks was going to be the answer, but he has been doing poor. So, I think the Brewers should shop to get a game changing player in the line up.

  2. It's because were a homerun team. And for Mike how do we need a solid two and three hitter. We have J.J. Hardy who is batting .290 with 22 hr and 67 rbis and Ryan Braun batting 3rd which I don't even have to explain. What we need is a solid lead off hitter and prince to start hitting.

  3. It ain't that the Brewers are so bad, it's just that the Cubs are so Good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. I think they try to swing for the fences a little too much at times. A lot of teams have that problem though. I'm a Cubs fan and that's been their problem the last few games.

  5. Because they are poor "situational hitters". They are all free swingers and/or power hitters. All they wanna do is try to hit a homerun, rather than go with the pitch, up the middle or to the opposite field.

  6. They need a solid second or third hitter in their lineup. They also need some depth down their lineup so that everyone can contribute to drive in some runs.

Not much depth or consistency in their lineup is probably the reason.

    Hope this answers.
