Why are the English singing a gospel song after losing the Rugby cup to South Africa?

You all should have prayed and sang it before the match. Rugby is rather inane and pointless. Some folk were really dishearted. Well, I hope you have other things going on in your life than a trivia sport game. I enjoy sports very much, but it is just sports. The Olympics is the grandfather of all sports, but life goes on after the fact. I could see if the Championship game was played in a country like the USA. Why play it in a foreign country that does not understand it. Having said this, there is talk about the Super Bowl being played in England. That will caused a lot of Americans to truly hate the English. Why play the biggest event of American football in a country that does not understand it? If it happens, there will truly be a riot only because England is not the place for any American sports. You all are too caught up in Cricket and Rugby. It is a slap in the face for the NFL to consider it, even though you all gave us football and baseball. Peace and Love!

Have to agree with 'happy&co'. You have some serious issues here. Do you mean The French don't play Rugby? If that is what you mean, then you really are on the wrong page. And why do you hat eh English. You certainly don't speak for the majority of Americans. The English always sing Swing Low Sweet Chariot before, during and after the game. American Football sucks!! It's just rugby with crash helmets and big shoulder pads from the 80's. We don't want your pointless game in our country anyway. And for saying that it'll mean Americans will hate us English, we hate you already so deal with it. Yes we are caught up in Rugby and Cricket (oh and football of course, which we play with our feet coz that's how it's meant to be played) because they're the major sports we play. Just as you lot are with your gridiron and baseball. And how can baseball have a 'World Series' but only yanks are in it??
