Why are the Obamaites worried about McCains age?

Obama could die anytime, people do die at his age also. Then we would have Joe Biden and he is quite old with his hot temper he could have a stroke. Then we would have Nancy Pelosi who has a 9% approval rating and has destroyed our economy in the past 3 years!!

They're not so much worried about it as much as they want VOTERS to think it's an issue, which it isn't. I'm sure McCain wants to live just as much as he wants to be President, and I am sure that if his physician recommended he not run, he would not be the candidate.

None of the people who criticize him are physicians, to my knowledge.

And there are people on this board who think 40 is old. There is some ignorance that just can't be cured.

To people who remember Reagan's administration, McCain is a welcome prospect. There were JOBS then and economic expansion, and, finally,  PEACE. Those were amazing years. I had thought that I would never live to see the dismantling of the Berlin Wall or the collapse of the Soviet Union. And both happened.

For people whose first memory is that of the Clinton adminstration, the name Reagan will not have any *personal* meaning to you, because you didn't consciously witness those years. But they beat the last 20-odd years all to h**l.

I keep trying to figure out how the Democrats destroyed the economy?  Are there no Republicans in congress?  Are the president and his administration Democrats?  

Please, take a look at the major states that are in economic chaos...they are all Republican dominated states.  And the main one is Arizona.

I'm not worried about McCain's age.  He is reach with enough money to afford good medical care to keep him alive for a while.  Now the average American, on the other hand, doesn't have that luxury.

We are afraid that McCain's condition is not stable and might die of stroke in November. McCain as a person is not bad neither his age, but the reality is that the rate at which people of his age die chasing their dreams is higher. But hey.. why should McCain chase his dreams now? He is supposed to have retired long time ago and leave white house for people like you, me and Obama. What do you think?

Yes, he is old and anything can happen at that age. Add on the stress of being president. Have you ever noticed how the stress of running our country ages our previous leaders. Look at a picture of one of our presidents when they first took office and then another after four years and you will know what I am talking about. My mom first brought this this my attention and I have noticed it as well.

Speaking of faulty thought, three years ago Pelosi wasn't the Speaker.  The problem with McCain is that if he wins and then dies, the hopeless Pale-in-comparison would be President.  Suppose she gets pregnant again? I hate to say it. I'm a McCain supporter, by the way, but Pelosi hasn't really destroyed our economy. The economy was already on the way down the toilet thanks to the subprime mortgages and the inflationary problems (notice I didn't say recession or anything about taxes there?).

Mccain is able and capable.  Look at his mom, she is healthy, and with it and she is 96!  McCain knows through experience, and he has shown true character.  He has picked a vivacious honest woman as his VP.  He has been pronounced healthy.  Do we even mention Bidens two aneurysm"s?  Or Obama and his nothing for accompolishments and his suspect asscoicates and his socialistic idesa?
