  1. because they don't form tissues and complex cell organizations and specializations classmate. :)

    Well a metazoan, but not a true one. Ambiguous.


  2. Poriferans considered Parazoans because they have no organs the organizational level is only tissue and cellualr level have no organs

    but for ur knowlage ur question is not true as the poriferans are cosidered also metazoans as they are multicellular organisms
