Why are the best neighborhoods usually on the Northside of cities?

the main reason. i think is, the people who do or don't take care of their own property but don't keep up w/ it. cleaning wise....

most north siders hire people 2 do the work or do it themselves...

either way it gets done.

maybe because of the lake front. and the fact that office buildings are all there, while the southside is filled with abandoned buildings, and people sleeping on the street.
