Why are the docs so worried?

my children are being seen by docs at this time they have swelling on left side of neck and face.Now that they have went to this doc they seem to think that they have something genetic me and my kids all have a whole list of problems I was told at an early age that I had marfans but now I am wondering if it is something else.Here are some things that the docs are looking at if anyone can give me some idea of what they are looking at they have white places in hair different shades of eye color dislocated lens poor poor vision hearing lose infections in parotid gland the rate in which they are growing-age 7 height 4ft 10in and 91pds, pains in joints,legs,head asthma and they are sick alot I have alot of pain everyday mitro-valve prolapes anurism in heart curved spine arthritis my fingers turn blue i get cold easy i have had a stroke and seizuers my feet go numb and face hands.Ther are other problems as well but if anyone could give me any info i would be greatful

Have the doctors checked your children for Waardenburg Syndrome?  That would explain the different eye color, patches of white hair, hearing loss, and the rest of their problems.  Your spinal issues are also consistent with Waardenburg Syndrome.  For more information, go to this link:

collin, dont be rediculous.

your doctors are concerned because they have a huge amount of problems that are very nearly incompatible with life. perhaps there is some study you could participate in or that may be of some use to you. perhaps ask your doctor

try searching your symptoms on a site like webmd it helps a lot more then anyones opinion, i'm a hypochondriac as is i thinkk everythign is wrogn with me,

the swollen neck and glands could be the mumps.

doctors are probably only taking a closer look because all your children have the same symptoms it's not a good thing.
