Unhappy with their jobs because they work at a high priced retail store where they can't afford the stuff they're selling? Bags that expensive aren't worth it you just waste your money when you buy one instead of saving it and earning interest.

Its the same all around, however the Coach near where I live actually has some nice employees, but I know what you mean. I got a Louis Vuitton bag for christmas from my boyfriend, and I asked him what it was like when he bought it, and he told me that he had a great experience, and this was in San Francisco. So a few months later he wanted to buy himself a wallet and we went into another LV store in a different town, and they were so arrogant and rude! We walked out and they lost a sale! It must have been that we were in a smaller town, and the mentality is different. We could have just ignored their attitude, but when you're spending a couple thousand dollars for a nonessential item their is a level of service that my boyfriend and I expect. Try going to another Coach store or buy online. Sorry for the bad attitudes you encountered!

My mom actually worked there, and she told me that what they teach you is that when a customer comes in and they don't seem as if they are going to actually buy something, not to pay as close of attention. Also if you ever actually buy something you will notice that they are always trying to get you to buy all these extra things along with it. Their attitude is sort of if you look like you can afford it then you get good service.

It happens in almost every single "high class" store that you see. If you walk in looking like an average person you get no more than that fake hello how are you smile at the front door. But the second you pull out money or they see you with some expensive items, their on your nuts.
