Why are the japanese creative?

they aren't more creative than any other culture. They are very disciplined and work hard (often too hard for their own good ).

They are good at drawing in general because their fine motor skills are perfected by their use of Kanji for writing. Also they have very strong graphic traditions in their culture.

They seem to work very well within strongly defined arenas, that is why they excel with anime and other very stylized traditions. If projects are too open ended then they seem to suffer from the lack of boundaries.

they have classes for it one talented person teaches a class and japanese people are so smart they just pick it up, and with a gene pool of many millions there is bound to be some talented ones

hmm. thats such a narrow view.  i mean the Japanese are known for lots of things, but you can't label an entire race if you've never been around each individual.  Some people may think another nation is all of this or that but it becomes more like stereotyping.  There's creative people in every nation.  If it wasn't for creative people all around the world this would be a very boring planet.  Someone had to think of the house you live in, the cars, clothes, entertainment, or whatever.  How its all executed depends on the individuals involved and what powers behind it that will put it in production or give it the necessary exposure.

i believe it is something acquired from the genes of the parents and grand grand parents

start from world war II, Japanese was defeased, and the other thing they had no many natural resources. To be still exist, they forced to be a creative, hard worker etc.  that the reason they accustomed to creative, hardworker etc.
