  1. Angels trumpets ( brugmansia) formerly known as datura, also known colloquially as the 'deadly plant'. Can be grown as a outdoor perennial in zones 9 and 10 only, can be grown in pots in  other zones provided they are overwintered in a frost free situ. Use a light potting compost to allow good drainage and feed with half strength liquid fertilizer each time you water. these plants need a lot of nutrients as they should be in very light compost, this is probably you problem Responds well to hard pruning in late winter. WARNING....Wear gloves when touching the plant its flowers and leaves contain toxic alkaloids, hence its nickname, many a young person has died experimenting with the flowers. On a lighter vein, watch out for white fly.

  2. they may need to be watered and or fed.
