Ugly is  a word we usually use to described a person we do not like. When we described  using the word 'ugly' we may refer to how the person looks (face) or what the person did (action).

And sometimes our actions reveals who we really are inside of us that  may be what you meant because I find all of them possessing some 'beauty', maybe because I always see the good/pretty side of a person.

Why do you say that? Dianna was beautiful. Fergie is beautiful. Andrew is very handsome. The princes are nice looking young men. The Queen herself is a nice looking lady.

Charles, while not handsome, is not butt ugly. Phillip is a nice looking man.
