Why are the prices so different?

Why is it that I could go to a Bible College in India, for a mere 40 dollars a semester, room, board, and tuition included, but would have to pay 7,500 for a semester here at home in America? That's the average anyway. What makes the difference, I mean I know that the living conditions aren't AS good, but does that honestly make the 7,000 $ difference?

  1. I don't know, but I wish it was $40 a semester here... lol!

  2. Where do you want to study?  In India, or in America?  Sure would be nice to pay India's tuition rate for an American education, but economics says that is not going to happen.

  3. It's because America is All about the money this day and time and maybe some places are more poor, but gives them understanding that there is more to life than the holy dollar.
