One example is that the "Marriage" and "Singles" categories women love chivalrous men but the GWS feminists hate chivalrous men. Why are they different?

  1. Some of us are one and the same. I answer questions in each of those groups

    hahahahahahaha...

Why do I go over to Marriage and Singles and still go to GWS, too? Cuz I figure someone has got to give a different perspective over there so those gals can realize that while love and romance is indeed grand, selling your soul for it or allowing yourself to be in an abusive relationship in exchange is not so great! You don't have to give up "you" in order to be loved by someone else...nor do you need to define yourself by whether or not you have a man in your life.  Mentioning that here at GWS is like preaching to the choir lol.

FTR I love chivalrous men as long as the "price" is not my hard earned equal rights lol.  I shouldn't have to accept half pay on the job just to have a door opened for me. All that either/or stuff is so 1970.  It shouldn't ever be a matter of having someone to love vs being a strong independent well educated successful woman.  You CAN  have both in your life...and there are plenty of women who do.

  2. I think it's because the singles and married women actually LIKE men as opposed to the feminists who like to hate them.

  3. Uh, not everyone on this site visits only ONE category.

I tend to avoid the Singles category, as 90% of the questions are "Does he LIKE me?" "How can I get her to LIKE me?" which get old real fast.

It's not true that every female in the two categories you mention loves chivalrous men; not is it true that no woman in this category doesn't.

If you were capable of reading, you'd have noticed this.

  4. I've notice that too. I think its because women in Marriage and Singles are seeking knowledge/opinions. Women in GWS want to give/spread their knowledge/opinions. M&S are trying to understand men, women in GWS are trying to define men.

  5. The difference is their goals.  The women in Marriage want a loving relationship with a man.  The women in GWS want to show how evil men are and how superior they are to men and non-feminist women.

  6. I don't post in the singles and dating section, because too many teenage girls lurk there.  Many are also religious or judgemental, have no empathy, or aren't aware of other cultures. I feel like I fit in more in GWS. because it's easier to talk about my issues from people that have a broader mind...People that are more aware of minorities living in the US, people that don't expect all women to act a certain way, people that aren't naive 15 year olds trying to fit in, etc.

So, more women like me are drawn to this section, while the 15 year olds that want to lambaste other girls can have their fun in the singles and dating section.

  7. Feminists tend to be better educated than average women (or people, for that matter), better read, and less willing to compromise their principles in order to be in a relationship.

And yes, the women who post here are probably older on average than the girls in dating and singles.

  8. Average age of singles and dating 15

    Average age of GWS 25

ten years makes a big difference.

  9. they are desperate for attention, even if its from woman hating trolls.

  10. Feminist VS a bunch of desperate women needing a man.

  11. First of all not all of the women in GWS are feminists, but most do seem to be in relationships and probably realize there is more to love than having some guy hold a door open for you.

  12. People desperate to get hitched will put up with all kinds of ludicrous nonsense.

  13. I've only noticed three differences between GWS women and S&D women: We're older, we're smarter, and we respect ourselves.

  14. There are different types of women out there, many love chivalrous men, many don't.

Its just a coincidence that many women in the marriage and singles section like those kind of men.
