Why are their never road blocks outside of bars when they close?

from experience 90% of the people i know that stay till the bar closes are drunk when they drive home. but I have never seen a road block at 2am at any bar in my city.

  1. Those that tried, went out of business.  Nobody went there, knowing they couldn't get the car out the parking lot?


  2. You may not see road blocks outside of bars when they close, but cops are more aware!

  3. Because that is considered  entrapment. The bar owners and patrons could sue for harassment.

  4. It all comes down to money and the police will not do something as simple as this to protect us from drunks, they always tell us that they dont have the money and manpower which is (BS) in my opinion...........
