  1. Because he was a POW snitch

  2. There are so many vets that some on the left will speak out against him.  It has nothing to do with his service.  It has everything to do with the politics of those vets who criticize him.  Just folks like you and me who pick and choose who we will vote for.

  3. Because all three of them are friends of John Kerry

  4. Because he votes against taking care of veterans.  GI Bill anyone?

  5. There are a lot of vets who don't like McCain, because despite having been a P.O.W. himself, and having been tortured himself - he continued to support the Bush administration's torture policy.

That, and he has used his P.O.W. status for his own personal financial and political gain.

He's a sell out of the worst kind.

  6.      A Few Bad Apples Does NOT mean all VIETNAM VETS are STUPID!

and as far as VA FUNDING you just need to look at all the add on's when the bill was being passed

it's about the waste. (PORK BARREL)

  7. This is why.

September 2007: McCain voted against the Webb amendment calling for adequate troop rest between deployments.

In mid 2007, Senator Reid noted that McCain missed 10 of the past 14 votes on Iraq.

April 2006: McCain was one of only 13 Senators to vote against $430,000,000 for the Department of Veteran Affairs for Medical Services for outpatient care and treatment for veterans. He was being a "maverick".

March 2006: McCain voted against increasing Veterans medical services funding by $1.5 billion in FY 2007 to be paid for by closing corporate tax loopholes.

  8. Because not all of them traded information for hospital care and cracked under torture and made anti-American statements. I'm not saying that he's the only one who did, but that's why some don't like him.

Of course, he also hasn't been a big friend to vets in the Senate, so that may also be a reason.

  9. I don't know, but I say let Vietnam Vets do whatever they want regardless if they have a reason for it or not.  They got screwed over pretty bad.

  10. I work in a number of community and professional organizations. There's not an individual there that everyone approves of. Welcome to the human race.

  11. The POW-MIA 'movement' is a business.  A big business.  A big tax exempt business.

This is one of the biggest frauds that has ever been propagated on the American people.

They had better hope that McCain does not take them head on or a pile of them are going to end up in Federal Prison.

  12. The dems have scoured the globe and even paid people for their animosity. Then they tell them lies to promote it and of course the liberal media shows it.

  13. YouTube again?! Don't you realize that YouTube is an entertainment website?! Don't you know that they can edit and lie and not have any basis of reality?

Further, I'm sure he isn't popular with every Vietnam Vet. Neither was John "3 Purple Hearts in 3 months" Kerry. What's your point?

  14. Because McCain is trying to make a name for himself, using himself being a POW...yet he votes against helping vets...

    Thats why!

    VOTE OBAMA!!

  15. Money and publicity probably, why all the sudden did they just come out with it when hes running, why not immediately after the war
