  1. You have issues. But a cockroach infestation occurs where there is food. Roaches get about an inch in length. If you leave food out, roaches will be there. You don't spill food, you donot store garbage in the house. Your dog probably poos in the house. Its excrement is a tasty dish. And human excrement is too, for that matter. Only choice is fumigation. If your house is empty for a day, simply buy a ampoule that has a cockroach killer and release it in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. This problem has to be nipped in the bud. Otherwise there'll be billions of them. Every second about a hundred of them are born, and about 60 survive till adulthood. On a good diet of human remains, they might grow to a gigantic size. I saw one near my place which was 5 inches, or about the length of a large palm. Now that was scary. Another idea would be to get a iguana or a house lizard. If you aren't scared of them. They will rid you of the problem for free. And for good.

  2. Cockroaches can become a problem in any location where food is prepared or stored. They are nasty little creatures that have been known to cause food poisoning and transmit diseases. Follow these steps to get rid of cockroaches.

    Things You’ll Need:

    Pesticide

    Sticky traps

    Vacuum

    Step1

Determine where the cockroaches are hiding. Place traps in suspected locations and check them regularly. Check warm places that have access to water.

    Step2

Be prepared to use several strategies. Generally, one strategy such as bait will not work alone.

    Step3

Remove any food or water source from the infested area.

    Step4

Purchase baits and sticky traps and lay them in the area where you found the cockroaches.

    Step5

Use a spray or dust intended to target cockroaches.

    Step6

Do not waste money on sound devices that claim to rid an area of cockroaches. These devices are not effective.

    Step7

Continue to use the traps and keep the area free of food and garbage to monitor the effectiveness of your strategies.

    Step8

Also, vacuum any cracks or crevices to remove any food you can't easily see.

    Step9

If you vacuum any cockroaches, be sure to destroy the debris.

  3. You must make sure that your house is always clean. I think you should try to spray some pesticides for cockroaches. Here we have a white, round thingy as big as a marble that when a cockroach smells it will be poisoned. I'm sorry i don't know what is the name of that brand, but try to see if there is one in the supermarket.

...  as for your sickness (I just wanted to help) try to relax if you see one by inhaling slooowly..ten times. I always do that when I am in an unexpected situation and it really helps me!

    ...hope this will help. =)

  4. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your house. those little buggers will eat just about anything. The glue on a postage stamp will keep them alive for months.

A fairly safe way to kill them is a mixture of boric acid powder and sugar. A 3 to 1 mix should be good. The boric acid is deadly to them and the sugar will attract them. They breath through their legs so all they have to do is walk through it. Lightly sprinkle it around baseboards and inside cabinets. In a couple of weeks you should see far fewer bugs . How long it takes to get rid of all of them will depend on your level of infestation.

  5. there is a food source somewhere in your house or they would move on.
