Why are there less blue eyed people than dark eyed people?

In the population of the earth there are less blue eyed people.

Why are blue eyed people always looked after more readily?

I don't know what you mean by looked at more readily, but it might have something to do with the fact that the lighter a color, the more light it is reflecting. Therefore, it can be said that blue-eyed people literally have brighter eyes calling more attention to them.

Blue Eyes are Recessive. Black Eyes are Dominant.

Caucasians are people that usually have blue eyes.   When a child is born with blue eyes is born  they get excited.

My grandfather had pale blue eyes and my father, my brother and I have them also....All my children have very blue eyes.  My ex husband (their father) has blue eyes also.  My "now" husband has pale blue eyes and so does his daughter.  I am and always have been only attracted to people with very blue eyes I think because there is a certain "look" of pureness or honesty....

Melenin, ( the pigment that makes eyes blue and skin brown) protects the eyes and skin against ultraviolet light.  Brown-eyes and brown skin are a genetic advantage throughout most of the world.  It's only in places far north, where light is weak, that you see a lot of blue-eyed, light-skinned people.
