Why are there no billionaires from China in forbes list 2008 whereas India has 3 billionaires in top 5?

Also India registered the highest growth in miilionaires ,greater than China.

i am surprised a bit.

  1. Perhaps the distribution of wealth is a bit more equal in China than it is in India.


  2. China is Communist, their government probably takes most of the profits

  3. The list probably didn't include Hong Kong.
