Why are there no embassies in Texas?

All Embassies in the US are in Washington, DC! George (village idiot) Bush has no say in where embassies are built! They are built by the countries that will use them.

The US builds embassies in the capitals other countries.  Other countries build their Embassies in Washington DC.

Because Texas is not it's own country nor is there a national capital in Texas.
