  1. i have that same engine, here's a tip.  if it'll fit on a 3.5 it'll fit on a 3.2 because the 3.5 is EXACTLY the same as the 3.2 but with a longer stroke.  in fact, dodges new 4.0 that's in the Pacifica and Nitro is the same as the 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 (2000 and later).  just a larger bore and stroke.

i have a generic CAI replacement filter jammed on the end of the intake tube.  just take out the air filter box and clamp a replacement filter on the end, not quite as effective but a h**l of a lot cheaper.

one thing you'll have to watch for is wiring differences.  be creative with your upgrades, from my personal experience the 3.2 is almost bulletproof.  iv ran it 2k miles with 3 quarts of oil, ive ran it at almost 4grand on the highway cause i was still in 3rd not drive... my car has been through h**l but still runs and drives like new.

  2. its not that popular of an engine, you can buy a programmer for all of them though and it helsp with performance, and they do make a cold air intake for it,k&N has it,thats about all i have seen for those though, good luck.

  3. plus the car can not have a lot of mods
