Why are there periods when I get "no results" on Member Directory, even when using a vague search?

I've tried testing your system using selections such as, Members online and Chicago. I still get "No Results"! This only happens from time to time, but when it does, it lasts for days.

I REALLY THINK THEY NEED TO FIX THIS

There must be someone in the directory..LOL

In order to be found in directory, people must create a searchable profile.

there is a box to check to allow it. EVEN of you know that there is an account.. unless you allow it - wont be there.
