Why are there so many Photoshops selling for a low price on Ebay?

I've also noticed that most of them have just joined and have 0 feedback, meaning they haven't gotten feedback lol. What is the deal here? Are these bootleg products?

Probably bootlegged or pirated/hacked versions.

If they are selling older versions of photoshop, it might just them selling off their old version to get the newest one. However if they are really cheap newest verstions, it could easily be bootlegs, or worse a person who will never send your product.

If you buy Photoshop on eBay make sure you are getting the full version 6.0 or above, not elements. I just checked and the low eBay prices are for tutorials and training programs, not what you are looking for.  They are not the actual programs.  Photoshop 6.0 is a very good program for someone starting out.  It has many of the features of later editions, and even though I have a later edition, I still use 6.0.  If it is sealed and in the box, it can be registered, and when you are ready for an upgrade, that is much less expensive than buying the whole new version.  Each time a new version comes out, earlier versions are available at bargain prices.  Use a seller with good feedback.
