Why are there so many idiots on here?

I was just looking at some questions and there are some random people who just type anything. Also if some one already gives them the answer first ( It is correct) then there is no point of any one else from posting.

For example I answered some ones question about how to get to these world. My answers were correct and some other idiots say the same thing as me but worded it different. If its a question that has different opinions then it is fine.

A lot of people are on here just to boost their points and reach the next level (trying to boost their egos I suppose).  They aren't necessarily trying to give a good, honest, thoughtful answer.  

Then again there are a lot of people who do try to give honest answers and may not have seen that you answered the question already.  I just answered one a few minutes ago that had no answers when I clicked on it, but by the time I completed my answer three people had beaten me to it.
