Why are there so many outdated 360 pages?

I am trying to connect with other people on 360 but everytime I bring up a search, about 19 out of 20 people don't even keep up with their page. This is frustrating. I know people don't delete their accounts when they should so why doesn't Y! weed through them and if it hasn't been updated in more than a year, they should delete them.

I am not sure but it aggrivates me too. That's why I no longer use 360. I use facebook, tagged & Myspace.
