Question:

Why are there so many people who think that making a lot of noise is the same as having substance?

It seems that there are a lot of people who raise their voice, and say a lot of controversial things, and draw a lot of attention to themselves, and believe that they are being a "rebel" and "subversive".

In reality, it appears they are only being an insecure bigmouth who actually has nothing of value to say. Are they aware of how meaningless they are and just enjoy making noise, or are they clueless as to their behavior? I notice that liberals and conservatives are equally guilty of this.

  1. Sure but the ones that made the biggest marks on this world have always been the loudest mouths.

I mean, look at the americans! lol.

  2. Maybe they just want you to know that they are serious in what they are saying, when I'm upset with my kids and they still keep ignoring me, when I raise my voice at them they know that I'm serious and they stop, but yes some people do go overboard on what they are saying and doing, some people do just straight up have a big mouth, I don't think they realize how annoying they really are until you say something to them, then they get get all upset, then you feel bad, so I just ignore those type!

  3. You basically answered your own question.

People are insecure. The majority of the people I have met who act this way have been influenced by a person that actually knows what they are talking about.

They get away from that person and try to be rebelious themselves with annoying results.

  4. Is someone having emotional issues?

  5. I am quite sure big mouths do not consider what they say meaningless, or they wouldn't be saying it so loudly.  It's just their way of getting attention.
