Why are there tomato hornworms on my house plant(that i have outside)

  1. Most house plants are safe from outside bugs, but they are still at risk like any other plant once you move it outside. The bugs still see them as food.

    You can just pick off the horn worms or spray them off with a hose. Just not hard enough to hurt the plant, some house plants being tougher than others. I move all my house plants out side for the summer the only bugs that have become a problem are the aphids.
