Question:

Why are there two political parties anyway?

Why are there two parties, Democrats and Republicans, if divided we fail? Shouldn't they just put the rivalry aside and try to fix the problems within and outside the United States? If they are attacking and arguing with each other in Congress, we become the architect of our own demise. I thought this was the United States...Not the "Divided States."

  1. There are lots more. Its that the Dumocrats and the Republican Parties are the majority parties. It is up to us to thin out those 2 party and be more inclusive to some of the others. Example: Constitutionalists Party.

  2. i agree.  I have lost faith in both parties!

  3. That is a very sensible sentiment.

Unfortunately you have to factor humans into the equation.

The elite Republicans and Democrats are just performing a ritual dance, to distract your attention.

  4. Try and think of it as two cups of water.

If it wasn't for the cups, there would be 304,942,870 drips.

  5. Why would I want to join forces with a bunch of whiny Liberals from California?

  6. Hollywood wackos, degenerate crack heads, hippies, g*y people and baby killers need a voice too.  Hence the democratic party.

  7. We don't just have 2 political parties!

    Republican Party

    Democratic Party

    Green Party

    Libertarian Party

    Constitution Party

All 5 together, makes us very diverse! If you vote with the smaller parties, it just makes your vote disappear. Because the more popular parties get the most votes!

  8. Too much bullsh it to fit in one party
