Assume caminalcules are all adult, and that there is no difference visible between "female" and "male".

A morphospecies is a species defined solely on the basis of its appearance; these caminalcules just must look different from others.  That would be the case if you had no information on habitat or behavior (i.e. whether they are geographically or behaviorally isolated from other species with which they might interbreed.)
