Why are they bringing back 90210?

They are simply trying to cash in on name recognition.  But really, it's not going to be the same show.  It's not going to even resemble the same show.  Adults between the ages of 30 and 40 who remember the old series remember the way it was and this is going to be another version of the formula used by every other show like Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill.  I doubt that it will last more that a couple of seasons if that.  Besides, they don't have Aaron Spelling behind it so it won't be even close to the same thing.
