Why are they doing a highschool musical three?

Because theya re trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of a hit. They use it until it's dead and no one ever wants to see the letters HSM again. I honestly cannot find why anyone would see it as a hit but hey I'm into real theatre not fake-o stuff like these peices of trash. The real answer: I don't know why lol :-)

Because Disney has completely given up actually making movies that are classics and instead, have given in to the corporate fads and marketing tactics.

Because they will make $ whether it's good or not so good,

as in most part 2's,3's,... people don't ask for their money

back in theatres cause they can't get it back.

Because they need money and they know a bunch of little kids will watch it and buy all the c**p that they are selling. And now they are making a Camp Rock 2, I hope it won't ruin the first one now like HSM.

Regardless of your perception of 'suckage', the first two movies and their subsequent promotional materials like stickers and dolls are making some dudes in Orlando a gargantuan amount of money. So, why stop? The kids have to graduate!
