  1. There not small to the average user,only those with a wide load for a rear end have trouble settling on the pan..

  12. The reason for small cubicles is: the restaurant needs all the space they can get for tables to seat as many patrons as possible. A toilet doesn't make them any money. The codes will govern how much space is to be devoted to toilet facilities and the owner will stick close to the minimum.

  13. To stop girls going to the toilet together and having a chat while they pee. However.......we still manage to squeeze in.
