Why are tooth implants so expensive in the UK?

That seems a high price, and I heard they're much cheaper abroad.

Dental implants are expensive in the US too. Until they become recognized as a viable dental solution instead of  cosmetic there will be no regulation on the cost. In the states dental implants cost depends on where you live. East and West coast costs more than in the middle of the US.

I have dental implants and love them but they were not cheap but worth it for my quality of life.
