  1. Most people don'y know this but unions are still the core of all industries. The business world will nit be the same without it and most companies rely on the input from from these Unions and not all relationships with them are negative. Most people in the world are not skilled worker and a large amount of these people work in large industries, no campany has time to lesson to all the complaints from every single individual, this is where the unions come in they condense all these complaints and speak up for people that do have the skills or education to speak for themselves.

  2. Medicine was also developed 'years ago' should we get rid of that as well in the quest to worship modernity

  3. Because corporations are still trying to s***w their employees on a daily basis.

  4. Corporations are driven by profit. Profit can be increased by reducing cost. For many industries a major cost is labor. If I can lower my labor costs I can increase my profit. Why do auto companies prefer "right to work" (meaning- limited rights to organize) states or foreign countries. Because this helps them lower their labor costs. Now, in as much as workers are protected by government regulation, this can create a level playing field. However, unequal protections creates a race to the bottom for companies, which we see happening now. This race is actually bad for companies, because "labor costs" turn into "consumers." Corporations actually benefit from Labor Unions and government regulation because it helps create a minimal labor cost, limiting a competitor from gaining an advantage by treating employees like chattal, while also supporting the creation of a vast middle class of consumers.
