  1. The government doesn't care about people who don't vote.  The government does not care about people that don't contribute to the taxes they collect to spend on their pet projects.

Because less money is spent in urban areas on education, there is more crime because there is less money being made by less educated people.  A vicious cycle....

  2. All countries will have poverty, there is just no end to it. Urban areas are to blame for America's downfall because

    1. Most teens in those areas sell drugs and are in gangs instead of focusing on their education

    2. Culture in those areas award criminals with compliments

    3. Those areas have the most murders and STDs going around, on a global scale, they give America a bad name

    4. People from those areas now a days often go to richer areas and try to rob, rape and kill people in those areas

    5. In school, the low scores of those schools usually hurts America in the education statistic

  3. they shouldn't be blamed but rather, they are a bi-product of the result. The government could do a much better job if just everyday people ran it.

  4. They both take the blame. Reason being...first, it was allowed to get out of control to begin with, (and by the way, our laws that you as a citizen vote on puts them back on the streets) and then the neighborhoods or areas that refuse to cooperate with law enforcement to solve the problem. I realize often it is out of fear, but often it is out of loyalty. As for "caring", we are a democracy, believe it or not "we" are still technically the government. If you don't like what you see, get out and vote and do something for your community. Unless you really want socialism to be the ending chapter of your life, start participating and quit asking the government to handle it for you.
