Why are videos stopping and freezing?

Question

Anytime I've tried to watch a video on youtube or other sites in the past couple of days it freezes, it takes like half an hour to watch a 3 minute video! Its really annoying and I have no clue what to do that would help..so I would appreciate suggestions. Thanks =]

Well Sometimes It's your internet service or your computer has too much stuff downloaded so it makes it run slower.
