Why are virgos such negative people...?

Question

it's so annoying and makes me not want to be around them. Virgos are so negative and have pitty parties.

the ones I've met.

Why are they like that?

Well I'm a virgo and I'm not negative.. I often feel like i don't even fit my virgo status. I mean, sure I'm kind of a clean freak and such but other than that...

i agree with flower up there i didn't know virgos were so negative on account of i am one...

umm im actually a very happy positive person and i always try to put a smile on everyones face and it goes for every sign = D

honestly speaking, i dont know why. my parents and one of my older brothers are virgos (all 3 of them) and they're all negative. my older brother likes to pick on me and my little brother for no reason. and my parents are just plain mean and everything to them is "you wont make your dreams cpmes true. so try and think a little more in reality."

but on the other side, not all virgos are negative. i have 2 friends that are virgos and they are very positive people now that i think of it. they always say that i can be anything. like sometimes i'll go to school upset because either my parents bring me down or my brother does, and they'll tell me everythings gonna be okay, i can achieve any goal i want because of my smarts.

so not all virgos are positive.

about the pitty parties, i think pisces have those. not virgos.

It really depends on what YOUR sign is, maybe you just don't relate to Virgo's becuase your sign and our sign clashes, your being quite Negative about a Virgo.

Really? I'm usually the one bringing the positivity into the room. But thats probably because of my Sagittarius moon and rising...

I think that with Virgos, you get extremes. Either really pessimistic. Or the complete opposite.

I think Virgo are so "negative" because they like to see all aspects of a situation. To be prepared. Be ready.

Heeey!! I am a virgo and i am not negative!!!  Just because I am born september 3 doesn't mean I am a negative person!!  Anywayz I know 2 other virgo's and only one of them is somewhat negative.  If the people you know are negative it's probably just because they are hungry or something.  I usually get grouchy when I am really hungry:)

My gf of 4 yrs is a Virgo and she is not negative. Me, an Aries, on the other had am pretty negative about things. If it wasnt for her positivity I'd probably be a super negative person with a lot of situations.

Maybe its just those persons personalitys.

my mom is a virgo and its just their personality and for some reason they doubt things but im kinda used 2 it since my mom is one. :l

VIrgo's are actually not negative people. Male virgo's can be very negative. However, female Virgo's are not. Virgo's love to help an give. If you did something to upset them---be careful of their rage. True they are picky and critical, but it's usually against their own self.

One of my best and closest friend is a virgo. And she is one of the most compassionate, giving person I can meet.

I just wish you can see that side of virgo's. I think you need to be a little more receptive of them. they do react very bad towards negative energy. If they feel negative enrgy they do get defensive. SO calm yourself down and relax....

I beg to differ..my mom is a virgo and yes she may be down in the dumps at times.. but wow she is an inspiration to me!  She started her business on her own and has been through so many struggles and financial difficulties and she still manages to believe in herself and her business ideas, prospects and whatnot.

I am a Virgo, and Virgo's are not negative people.  However you can misconstrue that they are because  they are very picky.  They like order, cleanliness, and routine.  If something is out of routine, they go crazy.  They like rules, they like to set them and obey them.  They like to be busy, but they like everybody around them to be busy.  If people around them are not busy they take offense to that.  This is why people think that we are negative.  

However, Male Virgos are a little different and have more of a tendency of being negative.  I know alot of male Virgos. They want things their way and think that they are always right.  (Which can also perceive as being negative)

Out of the 10 Virgos that I know, they are not negative.  But then it might have to do with their Chinese Sign, too.
