Why are we backing a person that bombs women and children?

And condemning Russia for going in and doing something about it???

We are giving up an alliance with a global super power for this third world idiot that is only acting in his best interest when really we should have stood behind Russia and praised them for helping the people that got bombed while they slept.

America is supporting this idiot because America wants Russia to look like  a world's enemy, and part of the world obeys. Whatever Russia is doing, US is eager to call it a threat, a betrayal, an aggression (I'm almost sure what if Russia didn't go in immediately, it would be blamed for leaving its citizens to the certain death). I don't know the reasons and I hate to imagine the consequences, but this situation is unnatural.

Perhaps you are talking about Georgia moving troops back into its rogue province? If that's the case then what exactly does Russia think they are doing? They didn't go to the UN or even talk about it with anyone. They just rolled across the georgian border and started killing.

Yeah, by the way you posed the Q, most people don't know who you are referring to. Duh, he admitted to it and pretended that others that served in Vietnam weren't telling the truth when they testified to Congress.

Russia saved the lives of the south Ossetians, The truth will out or at least it used to. the Georgians should be up on war crimes. They are children of Stalin and of course his relatives.
