  1. Its supply and demand, we are in high demand but since we rely on foreign oil then they can control how much they will supply to us.

  2. if ur in US its a good deal... europe/brit,,,no so good

  3. Not only are we paying more but because of the new 10% ethanol law in the US we are gettin a little less gas mileage.  This whole situation sucks.  I don't care why as much as what we can do about it.  Sorry didn't really answer just ranting.

  4. Dont complain, it costs roughly as much as bottled water, thats not bad for a non renewable resource that has to be extracted, shipped, often half way around the world, refined and distributed.

  5. Because someone knows we'll pay for it.

Every week, there is a new excuse.

This week, it's because of our pending recession, Saudia Arabia ups the price per Barrel.

A month ago, it was a terrorist attack somewhere a million miles away, or unrest in Nigeria.

Back in the summer, it was Hurricane threats.

Every winter, it's additives for cold weather.

Every Summer, it's high demand for vacation travel.

It's like a never ending circle...

  6. Are we paying too much for petrol? in the UK the price of petrol is about the same per litre as bottled water and no one complains about the price of water.
