  1. What about the other 90%?

  2. Don't ask bush, it has little to do with him - but has a lot to do with unfair investors.

It's because oil, unlike the old days, is now based upon the futures market. So, rather than the cost of oil being based upon realistic factors like cost of production, shipping cost, profit per barrel, it's now based on groups of investors and a market where price is determined on factors that lack any hard surface underneath them.

  3. Because we have an oil man for President - taking care of his cronie buddies.

  4. Corn oil's not necessarily cheap.

  5. ask bush

  6. How expensive is gas compared to tooth paste?  Take a look at this ad

Colgate Total Advanced Clean Whitening Toothpaste, 7.8 Oz/ pack, 3 pack

    Manufacturer: COLGATE PERSONAL CARE CO.

    Health Care

    Lowest New Price: $14.29

-23 Oz's of tooth paste for $14.29, now how far can you go on tooth paste? There is about 34 fluid oz per liter. about 4 liters per gallon = 57 dollars per gallon. Why aren't people complaining about tooth paste?

  7. Because we keep paying for it.  Plus the new gas gets less mileage in most cars so you are actually paying more than you think.

  8. May be because they thought corn oil is expensive too
